Description of Service
YearDots is an iOS application that displays the current year as a grid of dots. It provides home screen widgets, lock screen widgets, and wallpaper generation. The app operates entirely on your device.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in YearDots are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YearDots is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
